Privacy Policy
If you open an account on our site, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address, and mailing address. We use your purchase history, contact information, and other registration information to send you information and to otherwise enhance your shopping experience.

Delivery Policy
Same day delivery orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
We cannot deliver on Sundays to all areas. If it must be delivered on Sunday give us a call and we will try to get it out for you.
We cannot ship on New Years Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. We can ship the next business day.

Return Policy
To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order for replacement or refund:

Flowers & Perishable Products
We are unable to accept returns for perishable products. If you have received a defective product, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive a replacement product, please call us at 1-800-BOUQUET (1-800-268-7838).

Non-perishable Products
We do accept returns on non-perishable items, as long as the item is in resaleable condition.

Specialty Gifts
Specialty gift items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the item if the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials.

Bouquet Beautiful offers spray bouquets, vase and other container arrangements, and centerpieces containing flowers such as lilies, roses, orchids, lilacs, tulips for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

We also offer a variety of gourmet food and candy items to complement your selected bouquet arrangements.
